Join us on Friday Nov. 20 from 6-8 pm at Snow City Cafe for a reception and brief program to honor and celebrate transgender and genderqueer individuals, past and present, their gifts to community and their courage in the face of adversity. We will be launching our statewide transgender video project - a series of short stories by and about transgender Alaskans in the context of their relationships with family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, congregations, and allies. We hope the transgender faces and stories will help foster connection with Alaskans who fear and misunderstand persons with gender identities different from their own.

PrideFest 2016 - Many Voices, One Message

Alaska PrideFest is a week-long celebration of the state's LGBT community which includes a variety of activities in Anchorage. Donations to Identity, Inc. are always appreciated if you wish to help us meet the ever-rising costs of producing a growing PrideFest, or to help support Alaska's leading LGBT organization.
